Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund to your card or issue you a store credit less any shipping charges.

 

Returns must be delivered to us within 7 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 7th]. Returns delivered after 7 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than the stipulated return days after the original order date.

Please note that all product (Bicycles, Helmets) items discounted by 25% or more are final sale.

 

For us to process your refund with no delays we ask you to adhere to the following instructions:

·         Fill the returns form to let us know that you plan to return the product.

·         We only accept returns sent to us within 7 days after an order has been delivered to you.

·         Be sure to include your Order Number and to tell us if you prefer your return processed for store credit or as a credit back to the card on which you made the purchase.  Please note:  we are sorry, but we are not able to exchange one product for another.

·         We will reply to your email to confirm that we have received your request and to answer any questions that you may have.

·         Ship the items back to us, including your Order Number & Name with the items you wish to return.  We cannot process a credit until the product is shipped back to us.  Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.

·         All return packages must be shipped with a proof of postage. We are not able to process refunds if proof of postage is not provided. 

·         The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

·         The items must be sent back to us in original condition with packaging and tags still attached.

·         We do not charge restocking or refund handling fees.

·         We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.

·         We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss.

We regret that return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. Please see the Damaged Items information below.

Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.

 

Most refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

 

Please note: Only products purchased through our on-line store, speedbikeng.com, may be returned for refund or exchange.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately by filling the returns form. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

 

Can I exchange an item?

Speedbikeng.com does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.

 

How long does it take to process a refund?

Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.
